Relay For Life

Dorchester Academy will sponsor a team for this year's Relay For Life. It will be held on April 30, 2010 in Harleyville. If you are interested in being a part of this team, please call the school office. The school will be selling the following items in support of the Relay.

Show your School Spirit by wearing your maroon and gold to support our basktball teams who play Holly Hill tomorrow.

Games start at 4:00 pm.

The Strength Team

The "Strength Team" will be at Dorchester Academy on Wednesday, May 5th .
The "Strength Team" is a group of various professional athletes that are dedicated to educating and motivating students . Their presentation includes demonstrations of physical strength and character education and life choices.
The schedule will be : 8:15 Middle School and High School
9:15 Lower School ( K4-4th grades)

Middle School One Act Play

On Monday February 1st at 8:15am the Dorchester Academy Middle School will perform the "The Old Folk's Home" in the gym at Dorchester Academy. We invite you to come see these talented (award winning) young people in action.

Booster Club Meeting Change

The February Booster Club meeting has been moved to Feb 2nd at 6:00pm.

Digital Valentines

The Journalism Class is selling Digital Valentines. These can include graphics and valentine's messages & pictures.The prices are $2,$3 or $4. You can see examples on the website - damaroonand gold.com. Forms and payments to be turned into your homeroom teacher by Feb. 1st. Valentines will be displayed on website starting Feb. 10th.
