Please join us for Patriot's Prayer Time on October 29th at Dorchester Academy in the Shuler Gym.  Time is 6:00 PM for a time of prayer for our country and it's leaders.

Student Government Bake Sale

The Student Government will sponsor a Bake Sale on Thursday, October 18th in the Cafeteria.  Please come buy a sweet.  Items will sell for $1.00.

Varsity Volleyball Tournament

The DA Varsity Volleyball team will travel to Sumter on Thursday, October 18th to play against Thomas Heyward in the Upper State Tournament. Game time is 12:20.

DA Class '82 Reunion

The Dorchester Academy Class of  '82 will have their 30th Reunion at DA in the school Conference Room at 6:30 pm on Friday, October 12th.  Please enter the school by the front door by the flag pole.  There will be a Meet & Greet with snacks followed by a tour of the school building.  Everyone is invited to attend the Varsity Homecoming football game starting at 7:00 pm.

Charleston Wrap Orders

Charleston Wrap orders will be accepted at DA thru Tuesday, October 9th at 2:30.  Orders can be placed online thruout the year.

After Care Balances

Please check your child's After Care balance. The balance needs to be paid promptly on a weekly basis.

Bus Committee

Anyone interested in serving on a Bus Committee please let Penny Fender know.  We are trying to put together a committee to research the best possible bus options for us.  If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible.  You can call the school or send an e-mail.  Thanks.

Homecoming Friday, October 12th

Dorchester Academy will have Homecoming on Friday, October 12th.  The Homecoming Court will be introduced before the start of the game beginning at 7:00.  Homecoming Queen will be announced at half-time.  Please come out and be a part of the 2012 Homecoming Festivities.
