Baseball & Softball Senior Night April 21st

Monday, April 21st is Senior Night for our Baseball and Softball Players.  We will recognize Seniors and their parents before the start of the Varsity games.  Please come out and show your support for our Seniors as they play their last game at Dorchester Academy.

Tues. April 8th JV Softball Game Start Time 4:00

The JV Softball game against Thomas Sumter will have a start time of 4:00 due to the fact that Varsity girls will be playing a double-header because of the rain out at Thomas Sumter.

Miss S.C. 2013 To Speak At Chapel Wed., April 9th

Brooke Mosteller, Miss South Carolina 2013 will be at DA on Wed., April 9 at 8:15 for Chapel and photo opportunities with students.  Brooke was also voted Miss Congeniality by her peers.  Please come out and join us for Chapel.

JV/Varsity Baseball Games Today, April 7th At Thomas Heyward Cancelled

Jr. Prom April 26th

Dorchester Academy will host Jr. Prom for grades 2-9 pn Saturday, April 26th in the Shuler Gymnasium.

Grades 2-5  6:00-8:00 p.m.
Grades 6-9  8:00-11:00 p.m.

Forms are being sent home, but must be returned on or before Thursday, April 10th in order to receive a prom t-shirt.

Spring Golf Tournament Saturday, April 5th

Our Spring Golf Tournament that was cancelled last Saturday due to inclement weather has been rescheduled for this Saturday, April 5th, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Country Club of St. George.  The tournament is a 4 person team Captain's Choice with a shotgun start.  For more information contact Dawn Weeks at 843-560-0103 or Tressa Sosebee at 843-560-0749.

Spring Pictures April 7th

Charlie Tumbleston will be here Monday, April 7th to take Spring Pictures.  Individual, sibling and class pictures will be taken. Package forms are available in the school office.
