DA Beauty Pageants

Wee Miss, Wee Master, Little Miss, Little Master, Junior Miss, Miss DA and Mister DA pageants will be held on Sunday, January 29th in the Shuler Gym beginning at 3:00 p.m. Sponsored by the Junior Class.

Normal School Office hours : Monday thru Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Holiday Office hours: December 12th thru 14th - 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
December 15th & 16th - 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

School will be closed for the Christmas Holidays from December 17th thru January 1st.
Teachers will return Monday, January 2nd and students on Tuesday, January 3rd.

Pajama Day

The Interact Club is sponsoring Pajama Day on Friday, December 9th. You may wear your appropriate pajamas to school if you bring either $5.00 or a new pair of pajamas (a complete set with top and bottom any size from newborn to adult). All money and pajamas will benefit the Scholastic Pajama Drive which is a non-profit organization that provides new books and new pajamas to children in need.

This Week's Basketball Games

We have two basketball games this week. We will host the Thomas Sumter Generals on Tuesday night. Games beginning at 4:00. The teams will travel to Holly Hill on Friday night. Please come out and support our Raider Basketball Teams.

Congratulations to our Varsity Basketball Teams !

The Varsity girls finished fourth and the boys finished second in the Warhawk Basketball Tournament. Congratulations to Elizabeth Brownlee, Grande Fender and Nick McAlhany for being named to the All Tournament Team !

High School Christmas Party

The high school Christmas Party will be on December 13th. The lunchroom will cook the meal and teachers will supply the desserts. Students that wish to participate in the gift exchange should bring a gift that costs at least $10.00 but no more than $20.00. Boys will purchase boy gifts and girls will purchase a gift for a girl.
